Day One

Review business plan and market research by SFCS, LLC. Review agency business goals and answer questions pertaining to 2-year and 5-year plans of attaining and retaining clients.

Introduction to the understanding and execution of making cold calls: when/where/how.

Day Two

BDM Specialist field training with client/client representatives visiting hospitals, VAMC, retirement communities, 55+ apartment communities, along with contraction professional groups and volunteer service providers.

Learn how to gain 2-3 institutional referral sources and 10-14 leads from community resources for agency to begin top-of-the-mind awareness in their targeted area

Day Three

Continue day two training. Answering any questions about how to grow and where to go.

Create a strategy for agency to follow up with newly acquired contract.

A one-week follow-up coaching call from the BDM Specialist on goals, strategies and questions.
